G. Todd Silva
G. Todd Silva has deep experience in real estate, corporate finance, and capital markets as an investor, advisor, and intermediary. His wealth of experience in commercial and institutional real estate transactions spans office, multifamily, senior living, self-storage, and residential. He has relationships with real estate developers as well as acquirers of stabilized and value-add properties.
Todd is also the founder of Silva Partnership & Co. which advises real estate and corporate clients on capital raising (equity and debt), mergers & acquisitions, and corporate strategy.
Earlier in his career, Todd was the co-founder and portfolio manager of an equity hedge fund and worked for several multi-billion dollar AUM institutional asset management firms in New York. During that time, he developed expertise in a wide range of industries including real estate, homebuilding, automotive, aerospace, natural resources, financial services, media, and telecom, among others.
He has extensive relationships in investment banking, private equity, family offices, public capital markets, commercial lending, and legal counsel.
Todd received a BS degree from Lehigh University in Pennsylvania with a double major in Finance and Economics (Omicron Delta Epsilon honor society) and a minor in Government; and an MBA degree from Columbia University in New York where he later served as a guest lecturer and adjunct professor of finance.
Todd lives in Fort Lauderdale with his wife and together they raised their three children who attended St. Thomas Aquinas High School. He is an avid runner and supports Feeding America.
