Lauren Arrington is a Florida native who grew up in Ocala and earned her bachelor’s degree in English with minors in Business and Leadership from the University of Florida (Go Gators!).
Prior to joining Beckett Realty in 2018, Lauren prepared for her real estate career with jobs in sales and recruiting. She was drawn to real estate because of the personal relationship between the client and Realtor. Lauren loves connecting clients to their dream space and the South Florida community.
Lauren is on the school board of her boys’ school and spends most weekends in the ballpark stands cheering on her boys’ sports teams. In her free time, Lauren loves exercising, yoga, tennis, going to the beach, and spending time with her kids. She loves to cook at home, entertain friends and neighbors, and is active in her family’s church, Rio Vista Community.
Steven Rodriguez grew up a South Florida native and earned his real estate license in 2013. He began his career in the yachting industry before joining Beckett Realty in 2013, where he focuses on real estate investing. He is passionate about real estate investing and networking. He loves real estate because he gets to build relationships with buyers and sellers.
Steven is passionate about helping his clients achieve their piece of the American dream, all while building lasting relationships with buyers and sellers.
Steven enjoys building and racing cars, riding mountain bikes, traveling, and spending time with his family.
Beau Beckett founded Beckett Realty in 2009 after spending the beginning of his career in real estate development and consulting. Along with managing the day-to-day operations of the company, Beau specializes in the marketing and brokerage of residential, commercial, and investment properties for his clients. Since the firm’s inception, he has closed more than $100 million in gross transactions.
With a background in economics (Vanderbilt University) and an MBA in real estate development (Nova Southeastern University), Beau has experience in comprehensive financial analysis within the real estate industry. Along with his brokerage responsibilities, Beau offers development and construction consulting services to his clients. He is a member of the Master Brokers Forum and the Realtors Commercial Alliance for Broward and the Palm Beaches.
An avid golfer and member of Fort Lauderdale Country Club, Beau is active in his church and local charities, including Hope South Florida, which provides housing assistance for people in need. Beau is a proud member of the Broward County Sheriff’s Advisory Council.
G. Todd Silva has deep experience in real estate, corporate finance, and capital markets as an investor, advisor, and intermediary. His wealth of experience in commercial and institutional real estate transactions spans office, multifamily, senior living, self-storage, and residential. He has relationships with real estate developers as well as acquirers of stabilized and value-add properties.
Todd is also the founder of Silva Partnership & Co. which advises real estate and corporate clients on capital raising (equity and debt), mergers & acquisitions, and corporate strategy.
Earlier in his career, Todd was the co-founder and portfolio manager of an equity hedge fund and worked for several multi-billion dollar AUM institutional asset management firms in New York. During that time, he developed expertise in a wide range of industries including real estate, homebuilding, automotive, aerospace, natural resources, financial services, media, and telecom, among others.
He has extensive relationships in investment banking, private equity, family offices, public capital markets, commercial lending, and legal counsel.
Todd received a BS degree from Lehigh University in Pennsylvania with a double major in Finance and Economics (Omicron Delta Epsilon honor society) and a minor in Government; and an MBA degree from Columbia University in New York where he later served as a guest lecturer and adjunct professor of finance.
Todd lives in Fort Lauderdale with his wife and together they raised their three children who attended St. Thomas Aquinas High School. He is an avid runner and supports Feeding America.
Chris Murphy has dedicated 20 years to working in all facets of commercial real estate including leasing, portfolio management, financial analysis, asset management, construction and tenant buildouts, large ground up and redevelopment projects, and acquisition and disposition of sites. Chris has operated portfolios of properties and overseen teams on behalf of large publicly traded REIT’s, private developers, and Pension Funds with projects throughout the State of Florida.
In 2017, Chris was appointed by the Vice Mayor to the Board of Directors of the Northwest Fort Lauderdale Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) which oversees and approves new construction and redevelopment projects within Northwest Fort Lauderdale. Chris has been a guest lecturer and mentor to the students of the Nova Southeastern University MBA in Real Estate Development program for more than 10 years. He also holds the prestigious CCIM and CPM designations, as well as a Masters of Science in Real Estate Development from NSU and a Florida Realtor’s License.
Chris is an avid real estate investor, a passionate boater, an amateur skier, and enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.
